Has Apple Really Blocked the Looted iPhones?


Many Apple stores were broken down, looted during the  protests in the United state of America after the death of an African America George Floyd, iPhones were looted from  the Apple stores, the company isn’t giving up their devices, company has been able to track many.
The retails stores located in New York, Los Angeles, Washington and Philadelphia have been  successfully tracked, devices stolen from the store location has received an on-screen message says that The device has been disabled by apple, are now on tracking.



Apple was planning to  open  more than 100 stores in the USA which got closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

On  the Apple device, a message  was alerting the users that the iPhone is disabled and should be returned to the store immediately, reports claimed that Apple has a pre installed the software that disables an iPhone if it gets stolen from stores. Purchased devices  usually don’t have  this type of software on a device, but apple can remotely locked  the devices if stolen or lost.It is yet not cleared, the company has given  the location of stolen devices to any police or not.

Finally Apple has managed to reopen  256 retail stores out of more than 500 in the World.
