Data breach of 2.9 crore indians



Cybercriminals main priority is always to hack personal information so that they can perform activities like identity thefts, scams, and corporate espionage.same activity happened recently in india-

cybersecurity researchers have claimed that a hacker has uploaded some personal details of about 2.9 crore Indian job seekers on a hacking forum  for free. Researchers from cyber security came across a 2.3GB(zipped file) on a hacking forum, when they were routine checking the dark web.


The zip file contains a lot of personal details of millions of Indians Job seekers from different states, according to report.This hacked file contains information like email, phone, home address, qualification and work experience etc of job seekers.

In April, some hackers sold personal data of a whopping 267 million Facebook users for just Rs 41,500 that includes email addresses, names, Facebook IDs, dates of birth and phone numbers.

There is no way you can safe yourself from such activities,nearly everything is connected to the Internet.All you can to do is avoid  uploading your important or private information online.
